General provisions

The following terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the services offered by ESTP — European School of Tattoo & Piercing, represented by AGL Tattoo Group. By registering for and enrolling in any of the courses offered, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.

Age requirements

To enrol in a course at ESTP, you must be at least 18 years old or turn 18 before the end of the course. Applications from people who do not meet this requirement will be automatically rejected and the application fee refunded.

Application fee

A non-refundable application fee of €150 is required to apply for the Certified Tattoo Course. This fee is refundable only if your application is rejected because you do not meet the admission criteria. Once the application has been accepted, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment terms

The total course fees can be paid in instalments. The instalment terms, amounts and deadlines are set out in the course contract signed by the school and the student. It is the student’s responsibility to adhere to the payment schedule.

Course contracts and right of withdrawal

Once the course has started, the course contract becomes irrevocable. If the student withdraws from the course after it has started, a penalty of 75% of the total course fee is payable in accordance with the contract.

Grounds for termination of the contract

ESTP reserves the right to terminate a student’s course contract without prior notice for the following misconduct:

* Racist or disrespectful remarks towards other students, teachers or people within the school or studio premises.

* Consumption of alcohol or drugs during lessons.

* Repeated absence from lessons or failure to complete class activities.

* General behaviour that disrupts the peace and harmony of the school or studio.

If the contract is terminated for the reasons listed above, the student remains liable for the full course fee in accordance with the signed contract.

Ownership of classwork

All drawings and materials created during lessons must remain in ESTP’s possession until the student’s certificate is issued. After the certificate is issued, these materials will be returned to the student. However, the school reserves the right to retain the materials for five years from the date the certificate is issued. During this period, the school may request the materials for review or other purposes.

Retention of tattooed materials

All tattooed materials, including artificial skin and other practice materials used in the Certified Tattoo Course, must be retained by the school for at least five years. After this period, students may collect their materials. Uncollected materials will be disposed of by the school after the five-year period has expired.

Jurisdiction

In the event of legal disputes relating to these terms and conditions, jurisdiction lies in Spain, specifically in the region of Catalonia, where AGL Tattoo Group’s registered office is located. The applicable law is based on Spanish legal provisions.

Changes

ESTP — European School of Tattoo & Piercing reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and it is the student’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
